Being a group of subcontractors who always have each other’s backs, we naturally form a tight knit group who hold each other accountable and to keep on track nothing but satisfactory work.
We encompass most parts of the building trade. Our demolition crew thinks about the building team, the building team will think about the electrician and plumber and they would think about the kitchen fitter and so on. Having this level of communication, transparency and a care for who comes next mentality, means as a client you won’t get the; i don’t know who did what and why.

Fully Optimised: The Only Contractor You’ll Need
We aim to provide a “one stop shop service” to result in the best value for money and less hassle for all.
Oftentimes we would need to destroy before we get to building. These services typically involve skip hiring, wall demolition, ceiling removals, subfloor removals and alike. We would then analyse how to restore and move on to renovations. Typically very intrusive work and would affect your living conditions as it may involve ripping out your old kitchen or bathroom; however we typically can make necessary arrangements upon request.
These services typically come after subfloors and walls have been installed and plasterboarded. Upon which we can lay a new floor, install a new kitchen or bathroom, tile, insert new door frames etc. This service is a little less intrusive when your amenities get functional which we work to get up and running as quickly as possible.
Services for doors are typically less intrusive and take less time.
The decorating is always last. This is where the fun begins and you will start seeing your vision coming together nicely. After plastering, fitting doors, installing skirting boards and other trimmings etc you will always need painting and final touch ups.
