Just give us a call. A direct call stating exactly what you need is the quickest, clearest way to communicate. After understanding what you want and we have determined it is possible to do or we need to have a look we would need the address for the job.

How do you price your jobs?2022-12-20T00:05:59+00:00

We price the job on what it’s worth. There will be material costs and labour costs to every job and it can vary in price. To give a fair price we calculate the value of materials to be used on your project, make a schedule for the project and assign a sub contractor value to each function. And that is our best price.



How quick is the turnaround time?2022-12-20T00:06:37+00:00

Typically all jobs would provide you with a schedule of work detailing what happens when and where. This is beneficial for all parties involved. If the job were to run head or behind it would be updated or altered as necessary.

On another note, certain jobs can have an element of surprise where a wall thought to be solid could turn out not to be and would have to be replaced or fixed, that would be put in as a job in an extras section to be commissioned by you for the go ahead after a price is settled.



What if I’m not happy with the work done?2022-12-20T00:07:15+00:00

In the rare case you are not 100% satisfied, our subcontractor would have to return to site to fix whatever it is you deem unsatisfactory. After each phase and before payment cycles there will be an inspection to make sure the job is done well. At the end of most jobs we leave 5% behind for until 2 months after completion to guarantee the job is done to your standards.
